The 2ndSite Story
In 2001, the founders of Anicon
recognized that small and medium-sized businesses
could get more out of the Internet. Specifically,
they realized that these businesses deserved to
have access to the functionality and business performance
software that larger corporations were using for
password protected, user specific, database driven
software. Unfortunately, most small and medium-sized
businesses could not afford the comprehensive back-end
software that was available to help improve the
efficiency of their work.
In January of 2003, inspired by the experiences
of former clients, Anicon decided to build a service
that would satisfy many of the needs commonly
shared by small and medium-sized businesses. Making
use of internal resources, and by contracting
and hiring new staff as required, Anicon has financed
and built 2ndSite.
