Data Collected by the 2ndSite Website
Your privacy is of paramount important to us. We believe that by respecting
your privacy we will earn the opportunity to build a lasting relationship
with your business, your clients and your staff. Any information you
provide to us will only be used for the purpose for which it was submitted.
We collect your information primarily for contact and billing purposes.

Credit Card Information
Any credit card information submitted via 2ndSite is secured by industry
standard and proprietary measures - you can learn more about 2ndSite security
here. 2ndSite and
its subscribers do not store credit card information unless
the 2ndSite subscribers or their users chose to enter credit card information
for use in the 2ndSite recurring profiles module; in all other cases financial
institutions (like PayPal, VeriSign and PSiGate) have the sole and complete
responsibility for the storage of credit card information.
Ownership of Data Submitted to Active 2ndSite Subscriptions
Any data submitted to 2ndSite subscribers' system is wholly-owned by subscribers
and their users and protected by the same safeguards that permit the secure
transmission of credit card information outlined above. If you have any

SPAM
2ndSite does not condone or tolerate spam. 2ndSite only sends email to 2ndSite system administrators to
announce new updates or replies as requested to 2ndSite users in efforts to provide technical support.
Permission to Access Your 2ndSite System
Only you control who has access to your edition of 2ndSite. You have the power to decide what privileges
each user may have.
Cookies
The 2ndSite software requires that you enable cookies. We do this because it is the most secure means to
permit login access to your version of 2ndSite. Cookies are very small text files stored on your computer
by your web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator etc). The cookies we store include times and
dates you logged in and one piece of personal information - your user name. Cookies are used by the
worlds most trusted financial institutions and are required when you do online banking because they
provide the best security available. The 2ndSite website application's also uses cookies. The 2ndSite
website cookies include a time stamp and include no personal information. Their purpose is to help us
monitor how our website is used and the information provided helps us to create a more user friendly
website - one that helps you find the information you need more quickly.

2ndSite is committed to the protection of children's privacy. All 2ndSite
users must be at least 13 years of age. Given the online and always available
nature of the 2ndSite service, we cannot verify the age of all our subscribers,
or the records they keep. Since data collected by 2ndSite is wholly owned
by you - the 2ndSite subscriber - it is your responsibility to collect and
share only that information for which you are legally permitted. 2ndSite
does not market its services to children under the age of 13.
Changes To The 2ndSite Privacy Policy
The head of this document will always include the date of its last revision
and a link to a page dedicated to all changes made and the most recent developments
of the 2ndSite Privacy Policy.
Significant changes to this policy - including any changes to the use and/or ownership of the data submitted
via the 2ndSite service will be preceded by an email outlining the proposed changes. As well, a link
providing similar and or supporting information will be available from our home page. A link to our
privacy policy is available at the bottom of each page of our website.

to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy enforced at the time you
subscribed to 2ndSite. In the event that we cannot, we will contact you
