Each 2ndSite user (clients, staff and administrators) have a profile associated with their system. On every 2ndSite
page there is a visible link to this profile in the top right hand corner of the screen. By selecting this link, each
user can update their profile. These changes are made immediately and are seen globally to other users. Admin and staff
users can sort/edit and deactivate users. No profile is ever deleted
while using 2ndSite. Profiles are simply deactivated and then can be reactivated at any point in time. This
allows you to focus on active users without fear of losing valuable contact information you may need later.
Reactivating user accounts is a ‘one-click’ process for which a link is provided on each user-management page
