If you give them permission, clients, staff and administrators can all share files using 2ndSite. Each folder
created within 2ndSite has a unique set of permissions attached to it. Each time you create a new folder using
2ndSite, you will be presented with a list of users who have access to the documents section of 2ndSite.
Simply select the users – or the user group – with access and select “Save Permissions”. These permissions
can be easily edited at any time. Also, you may take advantage of the system-wide defaults to grant access
to user groups. For example, you may wish to set default permissions for all staff to “read/write” and for
all clients to “read” only - the decision is yours.
