Support Ticketing System: How it Works

Log into 2ndSite and click "Support" along the top. To create a new case simply select "Open new case", then
enter a subject and any details regarding your issue. Once created you will see the details of the case including the case ID, status
and the date it was last updated. A notification email is also sent to the appropriate people.
Newly created cases have an "Open" status, but once a case is updated with any details,
the status is set to "Pending". Cases which are closed are set to a "Closed" status. Cases can easily be sorted by
case ID, status or when it was last updated making it easy to mangage your support issues.
