Email Guidelines
When sending emails through an online service such as 2ndSite, it is important to follow
specific guidelines to ensure your emails will reach their intended recipient. Failure to
do this could result in your email being caught in a spam filter or getting bounced back.
Here are some suggestions:

Do Not use ALL CAPS, or any punctuation (!@#," etc.) - especially in the subject line. |

Do Not use words or phrases like "Pay now", "invoice", "your bill" - especially in the subject line. |

Do Not use the word "FREE", including the phrase "TOLL FREE" in the
body of your email. Also avoid "adult" or any other "spam-like" word. Go

Write short messages, not LONG messages. Most emails are short, so
spam filters can be wary of long messages. |
