Preferences
To adjust your preferences for your support tab:
- Click your "Support" tab.
- Click your white "Preferences" link located near the top of your page.
- Here you can:
- toggle whether staff can view and update all support tickets. If checked, all staff can view and update all support tickets for clients they are assigned to. If not checked, then support tickets can only be viewed and updated by staff members assigned to the department and client specified in the ticket.
- toggle whether ticket notifications contain a direct link to the client's ticket or tickets notifications contain the login page and username. If checked, clients do not have to enter their username and password to see their tickets.
- enter the Increments for support tickets in minutes. For example, a value of 15 will allow staff to log their hours in 15 minute increments.
- enter the maximum number of hours that can be logged for a ticket at one time. This limits the length of the drop down menu for selecting the hours to be logged.
- Click your Save button located at the bottom of your page to finish.
