Delete

Deleting an object will remove them from their list and from all drop-downs and reports. They will not be deleted permanently. You can delete invoices, items, recurring profiles, projects, tasks, clients, staff, tickets and departments. For invoices, the payment history will also be removed. Deleted clients/staff accounts do not count toward your client/staff limits.

To delete an object:

  1. Click on the white "List of..." link in the designated area.
  2. Click on the checkbox to the left of the object you want to delete.
  3. Click on the white DELETE button above the object.

Un-delete an object will restore them to their previous state.

To un-delete an object:

  1. Click on the checkbox to the left of the words "View deleted".
  2. Click on the checkbox to the left of the object you want to un-delete.
  3. Click on the white UN-DELETE button above the object.
